The Connected Partnership: our latest project

The Connected Partnership is partnership between us at Origin, Octavia Housing and Shepherds Bush Housing Group. We are three medium-sized housing associations that are working together to develop great quality genuinely affordable homes in London. We have just signed up several major construction companies to work on our next four-year project. This project involves investing a collective £300million to refurbish current homes and develop new affordable homes.
