Housing Digital Innovation Awards - Best Digital Innovation Team winner

We are excited to announce we're this year’s Housing Innovation Award ‘Best Digital Innovation Team’ winners!

In December 2021, we identified an opportunity to improve the way Origin manages our safeguarding cases. Handled up until now by legacy manual systems on spreadsheets, the Digital Innovation Team worked to engineer a new process and system to make things quicker, easier and much more efficient. The team embraced a highly collaborative way of working, quickly understanding the potential in the successful delivery of this new programme which generated a ‘can do’ ethos for the project. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Zoe, one of our service managers who uses the system is already seeing the benefits "The new system will give us the gift of time, meaning we’ll be able to spend more time with our customers that need us and less time with our computers!"
