Our festive opening hours 2023

As we have done for a number of years now, we are staying open between Christmas and New Year. On Friday 22 December we will close at 4pm, with repairs and emergency calls going over to our out of hours service (on our usual Customer Resolution Team number 0300 323 0325).
 
All other non-emergency customer enquiries will be picked up when we return on the 27 December.

On Wednesday 27, Thursday 28 and Friday 29 December, although our Eversholt St reception will be closed, all our services will be running from 10 am to 4 pm, with the out of hours service taking repairs and emergency calls outside of those times.
 
Our opening hours will return to normal on Tuesday 2 January 2022.
