Joan's wet room

Each year we help lots of residents to get changes done to their home if they need them, to make it better adapted to what they need and want so they can be happy living where they do.

We went to see one of our older residents Joan who recently had a wet room put in to replace her bath, as she was struggling to get in and out of it more and more. Having a wet room at home has made a huge difference to her day-to-day home life. Watch the video to find out more.
