Violence and aggression

We know sometimes there are disputes between neighbours, or times when you might not be happy with a member of our team, however any aggression or threats of violence will not be tolerated. We take any form of violence very seriously and will always take action to deal with violent incidents.

These include:

  • physical attack - whether visible injury occurs or not

  • animal attack - when an animal is used as a threat
  • verbal abuse or emotional abuse – this includes threats, intimidation and also cyber-aggression through texts, email messages or social networking sites
  • Anti-social behaviour
  • An attack or damage to property.

In the event of an aggressive incident, if you feel threatened please call the police immediately and let us know the details when it is safe to do so.
