Gift voucher in exchange for helping improve our communication
Are you interested in helping us improve our out-of-hours communication with you?
We use an out-of-hours contact centre service so that you can contact us outside of our working hours.
We’re offering high street gift vouchers as a thank you to residents who carry out a task to help us improve our out-of-hours communication services.
All you have to do is call our main number, 0300 323 0325, outside of our working hours on three separate occasions over the next month. After each call you’ll need to fill out a survey.
The reason we’re asking residents to get involved with this is so that our Customer Resolution Manager can better understand your experience of our out-of-hours contact centre and make any improvements that may be needed.
You would need to call when our out-of-hours service runs, which is:
- overnight from 6pm to 8am on weekdays;
- over the weekend from 6pm on Friday until 8am on Monday.
