Support for adults with mental health problems. Support is based at Derby and Canterbury Roads

There are nine self-contained flats to allow independent living with low levels of support needed to maintain a tenancy. Support by Origin to residents is provided 9am-5pm to coordinate care and support needs by working closely with the other support organisations and professionals involved.

Housing and support: There are two supporting housing services: 1) Assessment and Support in London and Hertfordshire, which assesses those thought to be vulnerable and who may be finding it difficult to sustain a tenancy, requiring resettlement, suffering bereavement, harrassment, isolation etc. Support levels are negotiated and planned according to the need. 2) Support for adults with mental health problems in Watford (at Derby and Canterbury Roads).Origin also owns about 20 schemes, hostels etc for vulnerable people, which are run on our behalf by other organisations, who publicise places available.
