Accredited employment training


These Dynamic Client Solutions courses involve interactive weekly online sessions over the course of 4 to 5 weeks which will be held with a course trainer on Zoom. You will have access to all learning resources online.

The courses support people who are looking for a career change, who have been unemployed for a while or have been made redundant due to COVID and also those who are in employment and are looking to develop new skills and knowledge to enable them to progress.

Principles of customer service (Level 2 certificate)


Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

If you work in customer service, this course can help you improve your skills and make sure every customer has a great experience. You will increase your awareness of how to understand and meet customers' needs, as well as learn how to improve your performance using feedback and how to successfully promote products and services.

 

 Working in adult social care (Level 2 certificate)

Time commitment: 5 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

In this course you will learn current approaches and procedures in adult social care such as efficient communication, the principles of personal development, and safeguarding.
 

Digital skills for the workplace (Level 1  certificate)

Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

This exciting course is ideal for someone who is not used to using technology in the workplace. It is designed to support development in basic digital skills and encourage progression into roles where digital literacy is required. 
 

Employability skills (Level 1  certificate)

Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

This course  aims to increase your work-based and employability skills, helping you take initial steps into the work place, feel more confident about entering the workplace after a career break or make a successful career change!
 

Team leading (Level 2 certificate)

Time commitment: 5 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

This qualification will teach you the principles of team leading, how to use different styles of leadership to enhance your team's performance, and how to motivate team members to get the best out of them. You'll learn how to manage conflict within teams, how to handle dissatisfied customers and how to be the best mentor possible.
 

Principles of business administration (Level 2 certificate)

Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

Whether you would like to brush up on your skills or pick up some new ones, this course will give you the knowledge you need to provide high-quality support to the business you work for. This qualification will help you develop your knowledge of important administrative support tasks, including how to prepare and distribute business documents and how to manage diary systems and financing systems.


Dementia Awareness (Level 2 certiticate)

  

Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week

If you work with people with dementia, it’s important that you understand the condition and know how to provide the best possible care for each individual. In this course, you will learn all about approaches to dementia care. You’ll gain insight into how dementia affects the way people behave and interact, as well as how best to communicate with people who have dementia.
 

Principles of warehousing and storage (Level 2 certiticate)

  
Time commitment: 5 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week 


The qualification will give you insight into the warehousing and storage industry. You'll learn how to undertake preparations for receiving goods, use different stock control methods and the best way to report and record any variations. You will also learn about the best health and safety practices to help minimise potential risks.

 

Data protection and data security (Level 2 certificate)

Time commitment:  4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week 

The qualification will help to develop your understanding of key data legislation such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act. You will learn the steps that organisations can take to protect data from common threats to ICT systems, as well as the consequences that failing to protect data can have for individuals and organisations.
 

Business improvement techniques (Level 2 certificate)

Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week 

This qualification will help you to develop effective team working practices alongside principles and techniques that support workplaces. You will learn how continuous improvement techniques can be applied to boost productivity, effectiveness and safety, and how businesses use it to gain a competitive edge.
 

Customer service in health and social care  (Level 2)

 

Time commitment: 4 weeks, a two hour Zoom session each week 

This qualification is designed to help you develop positive working relationships. You will learn about customer expectations and how to adapt environments and your communication styles for customers with specific needs. You'll also gain a better understanding of what makes effective teams work.
