We Are Ageing Better: May events

We Are Ageing Better is a project we deliver in St Pancras and Somers Town which brings people together to share skills and experiences to create change in our community, open to all people over 60 in the local area.

Monday 14 May 2pm - 4pm, Diabetes support group (help with self management), Free

The Living Centre, Ossulston Street, NW1 1DF

Are you a local resident with Diabetes who would like to attend an informal support group? Join us to discuss.

 

Tuesday 15 May 12.30pm - 2pm, Healthy eating workshop, Free

Basil Jellicoe Hall, Drummond Crescent, NW1 1LE

Learn how to make healthy sandwiches with three or four fillings at this new workshop. Vegetarian options available. We will eat together afterwards.

 

Thursday 17 May 12pm - 1pm, Liminal Space at Tate Modern, Free

Take part in an intergenerational art tour at the Tate Modern.

You will be paired with a participant from another generation and will explore art works together. Please book with Jess.

 

Monday 21 May 6pm - 8pm, Fish and chips night and quiz, £3

Coopers Lane Tenants Hall, Hampden Close, NW1 1HW

Come and join us for delicious fish and chips with added quiz.
