Transfer of Engagements - full integration progress

Origin became a subsidiary of PfP in April 2024 and since then Origin and PfP Colleagues
have been working together towards full integration. On 20 October 2025 we started a
consultation with Origin residents on the proposed Transfer of Engagements of Origin
Housing Limited to Places for People Living+ Limited and this ran for six weeks until it closed
on 1 December 2025.

Following careful consideration, the PfP Board decided earlier this month that Origin will fully
integrate into PfP on 1 April 2026.

For now, there is nothing you need to do. Your home and tenancy or lease will continue as it
is now, and there will be no immediate changes for you or action needed from you.

We will write to you again before April 2026 with more detailed information about managing your
home with PfP. This will include:
· Contact details for PfP including your Community Housing Manager or managing agent
details
· When you will receive your new PfP Customer Reference Number
· A ‘How to Manage Your Home’ information pack
· Clear guidance on any actions you may need to take and when.
