Temporary change to our contact centre opening hours

From Monday 16 March for two weeks, our Customer Resolution Team will be attending training as part of our integration with Places for People.

During this time, the team will be split across training sessions, which means we will have reduced staff available.

Because of this, our contact centre opening hours will temporarily change to 9am – 5pm during the following weeks:

• Week commencing 16 March

• Week commencing 23 March

Our repairs service provided by Gilmartins will continue to operate as normal.
