Vote for us at the First Time Buyer Readers' Awards 2019

We're excited to be shortlisted in two categories: Affordable Housing Provider of the Year as well as Best New Development in the South for our joint Echo One development with Hill Group UK. 

We're committed to providing affordable housing: we manage over 6,500 homes across London and Hertfordshire and are building over 1,400 more with our partners as part of our 2018-2022 programme. In November our Connected Partnership with Octavia and Shepherds Bush Housing Group became a strategic partner with the Greater London Authority to help deliver more essential and affordable housing across North and West London.

Echo One 

Echo one is our joint development with Hill Group UK that will provide 116 new homes in Harrow. 29 of these will be affordable shared ownership homes and 18 available at affordable rent. We're really excited about this development and are very happy Echo One has been shortlisted for a First Time Buyer award.
