Rose Bush Court wins Regional Bronze Award

We’re delighted to have been recognised in the Elderly Accommodation Counsel (EAC) awards which celebrate housing for later life

Our Rose Bush court scheme has won a Bronze regional award, and we have been entered into the National Finals.

Each year EAC celebrates successful examples of later life housing. The main event is greatly enjoyed by over 300 guests, including the residents of the winning schemes.

This year 18,990 individuals took part in the nomination process. For the first time ever the awards are not only celebrating the best retirement housing schemes in the country, but also the best in every region of the UK!

Schemes in Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland will all be considered for awards in their respective countries, along with developments from the nine English regions.

The 300 regional winners are all listed on this website; and we’re one of 27 who have been selected as national finalists. Fingers crossed for when the national winners will be revealed on 21 May 2019
