Our summer BBQ at Enfield Single Housing

On Friday 16 August we had a summer BBQ at Swan House with our Enfield Single Housing residents.

This year's BBQ was a big success with some excellent food cooked by a local Caribbean restaurant 'A Taste of Passion', one of our ESH residents spinning records all evening and both residents and Origin staff having fun dressing up and having their photos taken. The weather could have been better but even the rain couldn't dampen anyone’s spirits or the lively atmosphere!

Our Enfield Single Housing scheme provides shared homes for single homeless adults in the local and neighbouring boroughs. Every year we like to host a summer BBQ with our residents as a way to help bring the local community together and have some fun. This year the party took place in the newly replanted gardens at Swan House which colleagues from across Origin, residents and our Grounds Maintenance Contractor John O'Conner helped to transform in July.

A big thank you to our residents, colleagues and members of the local community who came together and made the summer BBQ so much fun.

Watch this space for updates on the ESH trip to Margate on Friday 30 August.
