Our festive opening hours for 2025

Our Christmas and New Year Opening Hours

Over the festive period, our teams will still be here to help you — but some of our opening hours will change.

Wednesday 24 December
Our offices, reception and phone lines will be open until 4pm.

Thursday 25 and Friday 26 December
Our out-of-hours service will be available for emergency repairs only, and will continue through the weekend.

Monday 29 – Wednesday 31 December
Our offices will be open from 10am to 4pm. Our phone lines will also be open.
Please note, our reception counter will be closed.

Thursday 1 January
Our out-of-hours service will be available for emergency repairs only.

Friday 2 January
Our offices will be open from 10am to 4pm.
The reception counter will remain closed, but we’ll still be open for Customers, deliveries and contractors.

From Monday 5 January
We’ll return to our normal working and opening hours.
