Our current repairs contract is coming to an end and we're about to start putting together a new contract. We want to consult with residents to make sure the contract reflects your needs so we're hosting several Repairs Roadshows to hear from you and let you know more about the contract tendering process. Our Property Maintanence and Repairs team will be at these roadshows to answer any questions you have.

Online repairs workshops

All Origin residents are invited to come and listen to an update on the repairs contract followed by a Q and A session. Meet our interim Director of Property Maintenance John Shaw, our Chief Executive Carol Carter and John Olaitan, our Head of Property Maintenance. You can sign up for either of these Zoom workshops as they will be the same workshop just on different dates and times.

In-person repairs event

Wednesday 25 August 1pm to 4pm at Basil Jellicoe Hall, Somers Town 

Come along to hear more about the Repairs contract from our Interim Director of Property Services and Head of Property Services, followed by Q and A. This event will also have lots of free fun activities for families including food, an ice-cream van, face painting and activity packs for children.
