Become Our Mystery Shopper

Origin is looking for "mystery shoppers" - volunteers who will help us test our new 0300 323 0325 number to find out if it is working for our customers. We'd also love for you to help us choose the new "voice of Origin", that is the voice that will greet callers when they dial our new customer service number. There will be two voices playing on the 0300 phone recording over the next month and the voice that gets the most votes from you will be chosen as the permanent option. 

What you will need to do is to make a few calls to the 0300 number over the next month and leave your feedback via a short survey - this shouldn't take long.
