If you live in Hertfordshire, there are plenty of activities and events you can get involved in throughout the year.

Age UK Hertfordshire

Age UK Hertfordshire, who provide services for older people in Hertfordshire, run social and community events for older people in the area.

They run weekly events at a day centre in South Oxley, Watford, including the Men in Sheds project on Mondays and Thursdays, or tai chi, quizzes and plenty more.

There are also weekly lunch clubs in a number of places including:

  • Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock, Royston and surrounding villages
  • Hertford
  • Stanstead Abbotts
  • Hoddesdon
  • Cheshunt
  • Broxbourne
