A year of being with Places for People

On the 16 April 2024 we legally completed our merger with Places for People. Since we have now been part of the Places for People Group for a year, we wanted to share with you some of the improvements that we have made as a result of the merger.  

• Our planned improvement programme has increased by 300% and we have invested around £12.8m in our homes.  
• Provided brand new kitchens, bathrooms, windows or roofs in 232 homes. 
• Successfully delivered decoration and maintenance across 33 blocks, positively impacting 458 homes. 
• We have joined up with PfP to offer employment support for residents wanting to get into work including CV support and interview techniques 
• We were successful in securing money from the Places Impact Fund for our retirement residents for day trips and activities.
• We have started using a new app for residents to be able to report anti-social behaviour. 
• We have more money for planned investment  in our budget for the remainder of this year, so you will continue to see improvements to your homes.  
• Two residents are part of the PfP National Customer Group.
