Moving Home

If you are an Origin resident,  there might come a time when you may need to move to a different property that better meets your needs.

Here are the simple steps to let us know that you would like to move:

1. Let us know that you would like to move out - we usually need around four week's notice.
2. We'll come back to you and let you know more details about what you need to do. 
3. Our contractors will get in touch with you to arrange an inspection of your home before you leave.
4. We may need to show prospective people around your home before you leave, but we will let you know.
5. On your last day, please take all of your belongings, put your keys in the safe and leave your home in a way you would like to move into.
