Support for single, vulnerable tenants with learning disabilities

A lot of vulnerable people needing support are not mobile – which is why we provide ‘floating’ services. Floating support is for vulnerable adults, regardless of what kind of house they live in. It is available in throughout Hertfordshire.

Where?

Stevenage

Type of service

Floating support: ‘Floating’ services are important for vulnerable adults who need the support of the service where they live - so the service comes to them. This service in Camden in London and Hertfordshire does not depend on the kind of house people receiving the support live. In Hertfordshire the service is for people at risk of losing their homes or who are experiencing other crises. In Camden the service is for people with mental health problems.
