There are no costs or fees for this and our tenants can rest assured that they will not be expected to purchase or sign up for any service or product. The Money Guides will be able to carry out individual financial healthchecks or can answer questions on a wide range of issues including such questions as: · How can I get the best rates on borrowing money? · How can I manage to pay my rent and other bills? · Can I get help to manage on a tight budget or to claim all the benefits I’m entitled to? · How do I get a better deal on my gas and electricity bills? · Can I have information about insurance and getting the best deal? · What are the best options for saving for me and my family?
