What we Offer
This service offers home repairs, aids and disabled adaptations for older, vulnerable and disabled people living in the community who own their homes or rent from a private landlord.
We also have a Handyperson service for a small fee where minor repair jobs such as putting up shelves can be carried out. This service is open to anyone who needs small repairs and is older or vulnerable.

Origin supports people with learning disabilities. You could be living on your own in the community, in supported housing or with a family member or a carer.
The aim of the Care & Support service is to help you develop independent living skills including:
- Support with looking after your home, paying your rent and getting repairs done
- Budgeting and managing your money
- Daily Living Skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping
- Help with your personal Care
- Support to meet friends, have hobbies and visit places
- Support to get into employment, training or voluntary work

Origin offer a Support Time Recovery service for people experiencing mental health problems. Support Workers visit you at home, or at a place of your choosing. The service is flexible and is tailored to individual needs with time related recovery.
We can help with setting up your home, supporting you in looking after your home, paying your rent, getting repairs done, help with getting benefit payments you need, help with managing finances, raise charity money for household items, support to meet friends, have hobbies and visit places, advocate on your behalf and monitor health and well being.
