Stock transfers bring Origin closer to its customers

Origin Housing’s aim to be a truly community based organisation that understands its customers and helps neighbourhoods thrive is moving in the right direction.
To concentrate and operate more effectively in north London and Hertfordshire whilst building stronger local partnerships, Origin is transferring stock from outside of their key areas. 342 homes have already been transferred to other local and specialist housing associations with more transfers taking place in Kent & Cambridge whilst two schemes in Chelmsford remain on the market.
