Why does my neighbourhood officer keep changing?
Sometimes people move on from their role for various different reasons such as receiving a promotion, a change in career or going on maternity. Also, it is good for staff to change areas as they continue to learn different aspects of their role. We will do our best to advise you of any changes. Sometimes we use temporary staff to maintain service to our customers.
