Moving or swapping with another local or national social housing tenant by mutual exchange

The mutual exchange of properties between two tenants is possible as long as both homes are council or housing association properties. Please note you will need your landlord’s permission to exchange and there may be some criteria attached. Call Origin on 0800 040 7989 and ask for the Lettings Officer to find out more.
