Rent & service charge for homeowners

Different ways to pay your rent or service charge:

  • On this website - coming soon;
  • At a Pay Point in a local shop with your Allpay card;
  • By direct debit;
  • By standing order. Set this up by calling the Contact Centre on 0800 040 7989 or by calling your Rent Arrears Officer directly
  • With a credit and/or debit card by telephone - call the Contact Centre on 0800 040 7989
  • In a secure area on the Allpay website, using your Allpay card. The link is: https://www.allpayments.net/allpayments/allpay.aspx;

Problems with money and paying your rent, and welfare advice
Origin has organised a support service to help you if you have difficulty with:

  • Rent payments;
  • Debt problems;
  • Bills;
  • Welfare advice;
  • Changes in household income and circumstances.
